At Barnie's Coffee & Tea Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns or replacements on items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Once authorized, securely pack your items and use the provided return label to send the package back to our roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
